5 year CL Guarantee

Here are the details of our 5 year CL guarantee:

L&P Performance (hereinafter referred to as L&P) warrants a L&P Centerlink to be free of mechanical defects and defective workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of receipt to the original purchaser. Your sole remedy in case of any defects is a repair or replacement of said CL, as determined by L&P. We cover ANY functioning problems with the CL, used in a normal manner onroad or offroad. Here's an example of what we cover: Broken welds, bad bearings, worn out bearings. Here's an example of what we DON'T cover: Damage resulting from ANY automobile accident, no matter how many vehicles are involved, bent CL, twisted CL, broken CL, if at another spot than the weld, paint damage. We cover NO OTHER PARTS than the CL itself.

To take advantage of this guarantee, you must ship the damaged CL to us AT YOUR EXPENSE with a note explaining what happened to the best of your ability, and to the greatest detail possible. On this note you must also include your name, mailing address, phone number and email address, if you have those. We will contact you within 10 days of our receipt of said CL by the most expedient way possible, in this order: Email, phone, normal mail. We will tell you of our decision and when to expect return shipment, which will be at our expense for covered repairs, for normal ground shipping. If you want faster shipping, you will make up the difference.

Ok, that was the legal mumbo jumbo, he's the unofficial scoop: If it's our fault, we'll fix it free. If it's your fault, we'll fix it cheap, if possible.
